MY STORY

Hello!
I'm Cinzia Puopolo, and I help dog and cat guardians restore their pets' well-being and enjoy a full life again.
Since I was a child, animals have been my passion. I had no doubts—my calling was clear: I had to dedicate my life to helping them.
For me, health means more than treating symptoms. It’s about balance: a healthy body, proper exercise, emotional harmony, and good nutrition.
My training and work are based on my values: honesty, commitment, and always kind and respectful care
and
plus years of experience listening, observing, and adapting each treatment to each animal.
I always try to approach each case in a holistic way, respecting the body and its natural rhythm, while also valuing modern medicine and using medication when needed.
I always try to approach the problem from a holistic perspective, respecting the body and its rhythms, but without neglecting the advances of modern medicine or the use of drugs when necessary.
There's a deep connection with what I do because I've been living with chronic pain from migraines since I was 16, and for over a decade now, I've also been living with lumbar protrusions and osteoarthritis.
That's why I deeply empathize with those who suffer from physical limitations.
Furthermore, I consider it essential to provide comprehensive support to guardians , because they often do not receive the emotional support or information necessary to care for their animals calmly and safely.
I graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pisa in 2008. After 17 years working in small animal clinics, my path led me to specialize in Veterinary Rehabilitation , completing a postgraduate degree in Improve International in 2021. Later, in 2024 , I graduated in Acupuncture from IVAS Spain . Over the past year, I have delved deeper into Veterinary Nutrition and continue to constantly train to promote pet well-being through natural and respectful therapies.
My two greatest passions are animals and the sea. I arrived in Spain in 2005 and fell in love with the place and its people. Since then, I've always lived near the coast: in Tenerife, Cádiz, Alicante, Avilés, and, for the last 10 years, in the Balearic Islands.
